  Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in Mainland China, will be a place where friends and family can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity and adventure. As we create this magical destination, we are looking for a variety of world-class professionals to help our plans take shape.This positionwill be with HR Operations team under Human Resources to assist with our volume on boarding process.

  Required Qualifications:

  · Bachelor’s or college degreeand above, and will graduate in 2017.

  · Have enough and sufficient time to be devoted and work for at least 3-4 days per week

  · Demonstrate computer proficiency within an English version Windows environment.

  · Detail-oriented and capable of doing repetitive work with efficiency and accuracy.

  · Fluent in Mandarin and some English skills preferred.

  Position Responsibilities:

  · Help to callnew cast, arrange offer appointment in the HR system and send communication letters from system; re-schedule or cancel the appointment upon request;

  · Prepare and package offer appointment/on boarding day document according to instruction and store the material by date in pre-arranged location, double check the document before use;  Revise the document upon request and keep track;

  · Assist the offer appointment/on boarding day process, including but not limit to welcome new cast, guide the process according to instruction, distribution material, check online form completeness in the computer, explain our expectation of on boarding process, etc.

  · Summarize offer appointment/on boarding activity result and prepare pre-defined email to relevant working partners;

  · Final check and filing the document upon offer appointment/on boarding activity complete and passrelevant materialto working partner;

基本要求:

  · 大专/本科学历及以上2017年毕业;

  · 拥有长期、充裕的时间进行实习工作,每周至少保证有三-四天的工作时间;

  · 熟练的电脑操作技能,可使用英文版Windows系统;

  · 注重细节,做事仔细认真,能适应重复性高的工作,同时保证工作效率和质量;

  · 普通话流利,有英语能力者优先;

  工作内容:

  · 协助与新员工进行电话沟通,帮助安排聘用书签署会的时间并在系统中录入,根据要求发送系统沟通邮件;根据新员工的要求重新安排或取消聘用书签署会;

  · 按照规定准备聘用书签署会或者入职日的文件,并把准备好的文件在指定地点按照日期存放妥善;在每次使用文件之前再次检查;能够按照要求重新准备文件并做好更改记录;

  · 协助完成聘用书签署会或入职日的流程,包括(并不限于)欢迎新员工并指引其相关流程,分发材料,检查电脑系统中文件填写的完整性,解释公司对入职日的要求等等;

  · 总结聘用书签署会或入职日的结果,按照预定要求准备邮件发给相关工作伙伴;

  · 最终检查并存档聘用书签署会或入职日收集的材料,递交有关资料给相关工作伙伴;
